I wanted to purchase tickets for MU game and I was aware that I would need to buy Swansea ticket as well. As ST/Gold member I did this today. However, I could buy Swansea on line but it was not allowing me to buy MU ticket (the choose seat option was not highlighted)I rang the box office and it was sorted. Anyone got any idea why this happened? as I assume Chelsea will be the same and would prefer not to have to call the box office.

Did you go through the 'season ticket / ticket bundle' part of the website? if you did then it gave you a seat at £80 or £72 or whatever it is for the two games for one seat(same seat for both games)

Still crap though - always have issues with the palace website and booking tickets - Gold memberships & online booking is a farce as it won't let you buy kids tickets as your 2nd ticket on the gold membership only adults - so you have to ring up anyway if you buying for you and a kid (or pay the full price for the kid)

Our Kids have memberships but they don't do 'gold' ones for kids so if we want them sitting by us then they have to be bought on our gold memberships.

Which means ringing up unfortunately.

Thanks for the reply, I went through the tickets section, so that is where I went wrong.
I also have the same complaint about not being able to purchase kids tickets on my membership.
