Does it come off the price of the ticket once you get one?

Deductible from the price of the season ticket - I'd expect not - think of it as paying for the privilege to buy something - a bit like a mini membership. Doesn't apply to those already holding a season ticket Edited by Isley46 (13 Oct 2016 5.47pm)

West ham have, supposedly, 30,000 on their waiting list at £12 a pop. Money for old rope. They'll be dead most of them before they get one.
