My mate did his house removals a few years back. His tip was absolutely nothing, even after my MATE told him he was a Palace fan! That aside, good luck in the new role paddy.

He has done a job for which he was extremely well paid, despite his contribution in latter years being minimal. If he really is the best person to train the under 16s then so be it, but for no other reason whatsoever.

He has had his UEFA "A" license for some time and he is the sort of character who 16 year old lads will look up too.He knows the club inside out so why would you not give him the opportunity as long as its performance related.
