in the same vein, how is the player to know that the ringleader of a section of the fans support, isnt going to lump him one cos he thinks said player is deserting the club? this was days before anything had been confirmed about Bolasie leaving as well...and they'd got him a leaving pressie?

It entirely depends on third party witnesses. Presumably if he had made arrangements through the correct channels, there would be a witness to that effect, either at the club or among Yala's representatives who had arranged it. Otherwise, its illegal trespass and he has no defence. Much like us when we conceded.

I'd imagine its fairly easy to prove one way or the other, as someone would have to provide evidence of his permission to legally enter the area.
