Delighted for Townsend but desperately hoping that he doesn't pick up any injuries in training and in match vs Malta...otherwise Pardew needs to send 'Valetta' (geddit?) of warning to Southgate!

At least he is now safely kept away from the Beckenham Training Ground where he might pick up an injury
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Very pleased for him. Has been an excellent addition to the squad, nice for him and the club to get some recognition. But please don't play him for too long or on an dodgy pitch
