Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

I did think maybe Pards but he had so little to do with transfers I am not so sure he could

If the three are the other favourites for the Wngland job we could well be on the lookout for a new manager.

He is probably the only one that we can rely on not to have been involved for that reason. Not sure about any of our ex managers though

Someone is quoted as offering a selection of 'loyal' players an extra £8k per week if they paid him £4k from it. That's £416k per year if its just two players. Is tax paid on that kind of arrangement.

There's a manager who reportedly wanted to sign a load of 33/34 y.o's and walked out when these signings weren't sanctioned. It seemed the wages on offer were too high and the rumours are the chairman did not see the value. Of course this is all conjecture.

I was worried it could be AP but these "third ownership" players are generally South American and or from South American clubs and we haven't got or haven't had any of those! Soare I suppose could be but I hope not!

If it's a kick back from an agent, then there will be little visability - I would take a lot of this with a pinch of salt. Stories like this do bring fools pretending to be itk to their keyboards.

what I have read the main stuff so far is kick backs from agents , the way the managers get round it is by putting in a consultancy fee in the transfer for a company that the manager has an interest in , or a friend of his who then pays him with a cut taken out , which is a massive conflict of interest .

swiss banks have been mentioned so should be traceable at the consultancy company end , harder at the swiss end , them buggers still have a load of Nazi gold !!!

Can't see Pards being involved, SP likes to keep transfers very much his thing.

Everyone in football has their nose on the trough, it's almost impossible to believe anyone is completely clean.
