Contact Seth on here - he and his son did something similar a couple of years ago, and I believe that the club provided stuff for him to take out with him.
A stairway to Heaven and a Highway to Hell give some indication of expected traffic numbers |

I've been in touch with Straighbackup but just wanted to post this picture again as a reminder of the club's generosity in 2014 when I volunteered in Uganda. I hope they can do the same for the OP, but I know they get a lot of requests like this and can't help them all. Because of the club's donation there is now a group of Ugandan Palace fans in Kabale who gather at a local bar to watch our matches and keep in touch with me to chat about all things Palace-related! Well done folks! What's wrong with communications at the club these days? As you say, a few outdated shirts can do a lot of good for some kids who won't have much in terms of material possessions and raise the club's overseas profile.
