Looks a bit like Jedi when he 1st arrived. Have you seen how skinny and lacking in muscle he was in the early photos compared to recent times?

No, Alex Manos has been replaced unfortunately, not sure why, or even if that is the person you're referring to. There's a topic regarding this already. I might be wrong but I think he's gone to Charlton now.
