There was a thread after the 1st game about problems with Season tickets being blocked. I was one of those affected. It was sorted and I subsequently used the ticket for the Bournemouth game. Yesterday my ticket was not accepted and the 2 ladies with their portable readers said they could not let me in "as my card had no history!" WTF I pointed out that had I not been able to attend previous games I would not have a history (I did not think it was obligatory to attend every match with a season ticket!) I had to go to the Box Office where, with no explanation I was issued a replacement ticket, which worked. Anyone else had similar problems or any suggestions why this happened.

ST's worked fine for Bournemouth, but both my Son's & my ST didn't work yesterday. After several attempts, girl on the turnstile just let us both in.

I had the same problem with my season ticket in the Arthurfor the West Brom game, they would accept paper tickets but not season tickets so had to squeeze in the turnstile with some poor Asian fella who had no idea what was going on, mine has worked ok for last couple of games but i saw some more people having trouble yesterday and one turnstile wasn't working, definitely some teething problems
