Haven't got mine and the missus yet despite buying over a month ago.

Just thinking about collecting the loyalty points for food/beer at WBA game tomorrow, does anyone know whether they will they take last years' cards (same account numbers)?

Not the end of the world if not but a bit Mickey Mouse that they can't get a simple thing like membership cards to you before the start of the season given all the money sloshing around in the Premiership these days.

Not received mine either.

I renewed my silver membership as far back as late May but also haven't received anything in the post.

I did however receive an e-mail on 3 August with confirmation of my membership for the new season. If you also received one around that time, it might be worth printing it off to take with you in lieu of the actual membership card. They should be able to verify your membership on their system anyway as long as you can provide a valid reference number.
