Going somewhere else for 10 mil. Would be good for us but we seem to think we are ok at the back - which I will stick my head over the parapet right now and say we are nowhere near good enough at the back.
The only defender we got in was Tomkins This gives some cover at centre and right back - still inadequate in my opinion - we need another centre back. Mainly however, where is our cover at full-back, in particular on the left? Souare is ok but always seems to get caught out in defence. Even in pre-season our left backs have been targeted throughout. Souare is probably better in attack than defence and will also be out for the African Cup of Nations or whatever it is called these days.

I think we need another centre back or CB/Full back. Doubt it will be Williams though. If we are looking at anyone would think they are in a foreign league.
We probably think we are alright though judging by the way having one player for each position seems to satisfy our management.
