which do you prefer to buy?

..

my thoughts

benteke seems relaxed
but he went wrong at villa
and didnt find the path at pool
and theyre c***s
and theyre trying to f*** with us

berahino is a t***
he would score well
west brom are bigger t***s
one more year relaxing on their bench will do him good
tribunal next summer > dealing with morons now

slimani is an animal
who is on form,
is not overpriced,
speaks french
and will not benefit another prem club by signing for us

I get it but to go like this there was an option that Leicester explored well Musa!
23 years (even if wrong) £16.6 million compare with others...
Time will tell...

Poetry should be more structured

Quite agree, there are risks with Benteke and Berihino, especially the latter - I think Benteke a villa was more a Villa issue, and he doesn't suit the Liverpool way of playing - But someone who is good a scoring for clubs that don't create a lot of chances, would suit us.

There are always risks, but far more so when signing from Europe - there's heaps of forwards who've scored for fun in other leagues but been terrible in the Prem - that's the biggest risk for us.

Form is temporary and class is permanent!

As much as I like slimani I'd rather benteke or berahino both have proven themselves as scorers in the premiership. It's only circumstances that have stopped this. Benteke not getting a lot of game time under a manager that doesn't like him. And berahino his attitude ect. But when played both score, and that's less of a risk than a foreign import.

Plus I believe slimani only really started scoring after agreeing with sporting if he did he could look to move. This to me stinks of a player not caring to much and looking for more money in a move. If we look at a foreign striker I'd want a younger more hungry player eg babacar, or look in Borja baston who scored 23 in 36 last year for a tiny team in Spain. Swansea are looking into signing him but have signed llorente so baston would be no2, surely we could say to him come here challenge for the starting striker role with wickham. Also I'm sure I read his fee was something like 15 mil.
