Their game is stupidly brilliant at predicting the next generation of players, not sure how they do it but its incredible. We should just set it up to auto-generate our tactics, dealings and other business for us and not have to deal with the err that comes with being a human manager. Could use the money saved from Pards' pay cheque on renovating Pokemon hotspots in and around the ground.

Fifa are okay at guessing the up and comers that are already starting up the ladder, but if you really want to talk about good predictions, Football Manager are fantastic. While they have their fair share of misses, they seem to be exceedingly good about knowing who those hidden gems are going to be. In fact, there's a club that's climbing the Spanish ranks of non-league football fairly quickly for a club of their size being run by an avid Football Manager player who's incorporating the same strategies from the game into running a real club.
