Now available - although 31, he definitely has quality, had a good Euro, flexible (would be good as a wide/support or primary striker), comes across as having excellent attitude (would be good for Wickham and co to play with) and would have relatively low wages.

Definitely worth a try I reckon. Probably get him for a few million given he definitely wants to leave. [Link]

Definitely think this is one we should look at! Can't see him costing much over £10m and as you say top class striker. Wonder what his wages are like...

He's a player I would like to have see us sign for a couple of seasons now. Fantastic goal scoring record, says he's not going back to Turkey, so may be looking to try else where. At 31 there's lots of goals still in him, he might fancy a crack in the prem, maybe a season long loan to start with. Now's a good as chance of any of getting him.
