This is probably a silly option but because he had such a bad season with Man City we could get him on the cheap. Bring him back to the potential he should be.

It rather depends on what you mean by 'cheap' as that deal reportedly ended up costing City over £40m which they will be looking to recover as much as they can of. Plus I can't imagine he's earning peanuts. I have seen no evidence, so far, of us being capable of bringing any player back to their supposed potential. If they're not very good at a club like City then they're probably not going to be any better here. Edited by bexleydave (30 Jun 2016 6.52am)

Seems to really be to rash and overly physical. I mean don't get me wrong I think there's a player in there with all that power and pace but just lacking decision making. But way to much money for us and the wages to I bet he's on well over 100k.
