Nobody watching this ? Sure it was boring prior to the Mexico-Uruguay game, but did anyone catch the Argentina-Chile game ? OMG what a fast flowing skillfull game. More importantly, what a performance by a referee to enable such an entertaining match.

didn't get a chance to watch until last night's us-costa rica game. CRC pretty short-handed so not much of a game. of note, the crowds in the friendlies leading up to were bad and last night was no different. fans aren't coming. too many of these pointless tournaments + the team being boring. looking forward to seeing some of the SA teams though.

I doubt it. It clashes with the Euros over here so no big channels buy the rights. It's on a subscription channel that doesn't even have enough content to fill the schedule. Mind you, if you heard the price you'd probably think it was still a bargain going by US TV costs.

Also, honestly, i think i would rather watch the Copa than the Euro's. These teams are so much more passionate about playing for their countries, and the result is shown in the matches being far more entertaining.

Go and ask Wales, Iceland, Albania, Northern Ireland, or even the ROI. The ones that almost always qualify may have a calmer demeanour about them but that doesn't mean they aren't passionate to play for them.

Uruguay knocked out in the group stage first, now Brazil, Whether or not things like passion come into play for big teams regarding small competitions like this, surely they should do better. Like brazil just got knocked out by Peru in the group stages.. a team that played, Willian, Coutinho, Filipe Luis, Hulk etc.. lost to (insert unknown names here) I'm just slightly effed off at having lost a fair bet cause of them.

Putting Dunga in charge, for the second time (first time didnt work either), Neymar deciding to do the olympics instead (not that i think he could have won it for them single handed). Brazil created plenty of chances against Peru, and totally dominated them first half, but a couple of good saves and Brazil's failure to finish cost them as Peru started to come back into the game in the second half, and generally matched Brazil for most of it. Overall, the quality and entertainment of the Copa games thus far have been much better than the Euro ones.

I watched one full match and the daily highlights. The highlights weren't much of a highlight if i'm honest. Granted, there will be future and present gems in terms of players in this tournament not from the stronger nations. I may have to catch a replay of Argentina v Chile, sounds like a good one.

yes the Argentina Chile game was nutz. Played at a hundred miles an hour the entire game, with both teams going for it.
