Dead

Those of us of a certain age will remember him and his hair. Decent player and 100% good attitude.

RIP

I've just been speaking to my friend who knew Britton as they were at Chelsea together. He has been ringing around some of the Chelsea lads of yesteryear regarding the funeral which is in Burnley.

I recall seeing Ian's son Calum playing for Selsey in the 'Sussex County League' a few years ago.

Thoughts go out to all the family and friends at this sad time.

Shame. He presented me with one of my first ever trophies when I captained Croydon Harps U13s in the Croydon Sunday League.

Gave up his time to do so at St Mary's Church Hall West Croydon. Never forgotten it.

RIP

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

Really sad news. Saw him play quite a few times for Chelsea in the 70's. He played in that famous match when Jim Cannon scored on his debut.
