He passed up the opportunity for a 147 break saying 10 grand weren't worth it Do you think he is making a good point about the prize money in snooker and speaking for snooker players as a whole or do you think he's just an arrogant prick?

He's bigger than snooker so fair play, he can do what he wants. I couldn't name another snooker player but I know him. To me he is snooker.

Genuinely dislikeable piece of work, a lazy waster who has an amazing gift for snooker and who's sneered at the game, the organisers and the fans throughout his career. I'd like to see his face if he got thrown out of the game.
Goodness is what you do. Not who you pray to. |

No problem for me. It's up to him at the end of the day. Same thing as all these people bleeting about messi and that penalty, no rules are broken and if you're that good to be able to do it then fair play. Like him or not, Ronnie is one of, if not thee most gifted snooker players ever. If he doesn't think the money is enough then that's his choice. Let someone else take it, if they are good enough.
"They got his own song 'He's just too good for you', it's quite unbelievable but when you see it and he's facing up someone - I actually feel sorry for them, 'Cos he actually is" - Ian Holloway |
