It was Bob Peeters who signed him from AZ Alkmaar on a 'Free'. Certainly a very good shot on him and he has scored for Charlton from the penalty spot.

Am tempted to say that association with Clowntown automatically means pony but has impressed for the Icelandic national side. Scored a hat-trick for Iceland, which is practically unheard-of. Won't want to be around that shower of sh!te in League One and price could certainly increase after the Euros if Iceland can ruffle some more feathers. Edited by chateauferret (08 May 2016 6.48pm)

No, not good enough to improve us. Only Gylfi Sig, the big number 9 Sigporsson (spelling) who's now at Nantes and the centre half Sigthorsson would float my Palace boat from the Iceland side. Good to see them play a direct 4-4-2, graft hard for each other and succeed against so-called better teams. They and their fans are the Palace of the tournament for me.
