Old football cards ... any Palace ones?

I love those old cigarette cards - and I used to have a card game ('Goal' I think it was called) made up of V-necked, baggy-trousered, heavy-booted chaps along with club nicknames and other interesting facts etc. Thing is before 1965 Palace were somewhat under the radar so these delightful artefacts tend not to have claret and blue clad fellows with nickname: Glaziers, and a picture of a tradesman handling glassware half-way up a ladder. The link shows you what I'm after - could anyone either show or direct me to a bit of ancient Palace in card-form?

Hi

You could try this website - the Football Cartophilic Info Exchange, thousands of cards displayed on there.

I used to collect all the old Palace cards, still have them somewhere, buried under my photos & programmes.

Zaha, Williams, Murray, Ambrose, Scannell.

A couple of links ... first the Goal Cards of which there are no Palace ones - I might paint my own one, scan it and make a j-peg version for our delectation, but don't hold your breath. Secondly a 'Glazier' looking somewhat semitic, but with that Miles-Cholmondley-Warner style info adjacent, albeit very small font.
