If you're getting the train down to Norwood Junction then you've got 3 or 4 pubs to choose from with a 10 minute walk(or 20 minute stagger) to the ground. The Cherries is usually Palace but may let you in as it's a friendly game. William Stanley(Witherspoons) is the usual away but there are several others in thar area. Good luck and safe journey down twillardo. Ollie's Dad,Ash.

As stated above, i would imagine most pubs will let Dundee fans in. Looking forward to meeting a few of the Dundee fans who are making a supreme effort for Jules. Reported to be 2000 coming for a testimonial, says volumes about Jules.

Just a shout to say thanks to all you Palace fans for being so hospitable last night. Had a coue of beers in the Cherry Tree pre-match and there was good banter between both sets of fans. Can't remember enjoying an away game so much- all the best to you for next season and hope we can repay the hospitality one day. Cheers - a very happy Dark Blue

After the game in the Holmesdale Rd I started chatting to 3 Dundee guys who were totally lost and had no idea about how to get back to Croydon. I offered them a lift and found out they were meeting their mates in the George in George St, and were staying at Jury's Inn. 2 of them were anyway, one of them had forgotten where he was staying! So if Jimmy, Doug & Adam are reading this it was great to meet you and drop me a line if you want to keep in touch. Pete

I was blown away by Dundee's support for Jules. I'm guessing if a Palace player spent two years of his career at Selhurst and then went somewehere else for a decade we would struggle to send such an impressive contigent of passionate fans over 500 miles on a weekday evening! So Dundee FC has become my Scottish team from now on. Great fans!

I think the reason that so many travelled for a player they haven't seen for 10 years is that Julian's spell at Dundee coincided with us signing world class players such as Claudio Caniggia, Giorgi Nemsadze, Temuri Ketsbaia etc and gave us some wonderful football before it all went tits up into administration.
