Lots of rumours that the Piratebay, a place where you could if you were so inclined download illegal movies and music, is now being run by the FBI to track IP's. I purely used to go on there as it was the only place I could think of that would have up to date UK top 100 lists. Any idea where, if I wanted to see what was in the Top 100 at the moment, go? Wink-wink, nudge-nudge. Disclaimer, Piracy is not a victimless crime and contributes directly to terrorism and 9/11.

They can track IPs by torrent trackers already, as the record companies do, so I think the rumour is unfounded. There's nothing illegal about visiting a torrent site, only downloading copyright material off it. File sharing isn't illegal.

I think this means we can stick you down for one copy of 'The theory of everything'.

Do people still use pirate bay directly? Only using 20 proxy servers and their neighbours wifi. Even then they only download non tracked material like On The Buses. edit: and Boon Edited by imbored (21 Feb 2015 10.17pm)

Does PirateBay have ebooks too? If not, are there any other good sites?
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |
