Just seen this on the BBC; The LMA manager of the year is voted for by all 92 managers in the Premier League and Football League. The Premier League one is voted by a panel. Seems that's the difference.

It's bollocks but who gives a sh*t, we never get the recognition we deserve, we should know that by now.

We know what the score is and who's been the best manager this year. And it ain't Brenda "Choker" Rodgers.

Some people really have an ingrained stereotypical view of Pulis don't they?

Well, we don't mind. We've been sticking it to the big teams and their fancy passing ways for years now. We will carry on defying the bookies and the pundits by kicking a bit of arse and winning quite a few football matches, thank you very much.

Bring it on

Looks like nine minutes of football have made Liverpool fans hate anything to do with us for good!

How am I going to get over this?

Maybe Rodgers does deserve it, but not for taking Liverpool from 7th place to 2nd in only a year. The remarkable way in which he skilfully guided them from 1st place to 2nd in only a couple of weeks was truly a joy to behold. Well done, Brendan.

Brendan Rogers really doesn't deserve any awards. So Liverpoo were challenging for the title for the whole season, so what? So were Chelsea, shouldn't they be challenging every year? OK he took Liverpool from 7th last season to 2nd this season. Tony took Palace from 19th to 11th in half a season that's an 8 place improvement against Brendans 5 place inmprovement in half the time. Not to mention we played a big part in helping to decide the title race and we had a shoestring budget.

It's not even a contest for me, maybe I'm wearing my red and blue tinted glasses but presiding over a team that choked with 3 games to go after celebrating in the streets like they'd already won the league is not an award winning acheivement for me.

Yep. Many "football fans" don't actually watch the game for the sport itself. So they are unable to form a proper opinion without the help of pundits who often just regurgitate tired old cliches.

Pellegrini should have been Prem Manager of Year and Pulis LMA overall.

It's crazy Rogers got anywhere near? Won nothing and took a side with Gerrard, Suarez etc up 5 places.. Sorry it just seems the whole world owe Liverpool something!!

1st year in Prem and Pellegrini wins 2 domestic cups is an achievement but overlooked...
Pulis, if we'd have finished 17th still should have won it, but 11th and 12 points clear is an achievement.
Bottling it like Roger's team isn't an achievement. End of.

Vile club for me

We won't care about this at all when we are challenging for European Competition qualification next season.
