So, this is how it all ends, a court settlement and everyone goes on their merry way. I expect an announcement saying that "spygate" is officially over. Happy trails to you, bookie. You'll never see more than 2nd level football again.

I suspect that Tan needed to put this to bed more than Malky did, so unless there was a smoking gun I suspect Malky accepted a handsome sum to do little more than read a script that no one is going to take seriously -- and now he's free to take a similarly handsome sum as, by this time next week, he'll have been offered a new job which he's now free to take.
