Whilst I was delighted we were able to do the double over Wet Spam, Hull, Cardiff and Villa, I really do think we need to get something from Newcastle next season. Our record against them is awful. I can't remember offhand when we last beat them. Time to straighten matters out, I fancy.

I don't ask for much, Alan. I know we'll be in a fight again next season but, if we give any of the 'big' clubs a bloody nose again, I really think that Newcastle are overdue.

I'm not looking any further than pay-back time at Fulham. Yeah its a shame they went and got themselves relegated at the weekend, I was hoping we could do that for them. Nothing personal I just want us to get a reputation as a club thats ruthless. On the plus side we'll have another crack at Newcastle and Sunderland next season.

answer my own question, his only goal was away to leicester, the same season we beat Newcastle though.
