It is just a pre-season friendly now isn't it. We can't improve our position and neither can they.
Should we be trying out development players? Who would you pick?

Yes, I am an agent of Satan but my duties are largely ceremonial

We should go out and try to get 7 goals and hope stoke lose then we can finish in 10th as well as pay back for the 4 - 1 loss at home.

We could finish above Stoke, we'd have to knock 5 past Fulham and hope Stoke lost 2 nil to West Brom.

We all know what happens chasing goal differences though

I'd like to see Murray, Gayle and Ince start.

We can still be overtaken by Villa if they win both their remaining games and we lose ours. So if Villa somehow beat Man City, then I would play a regular team to get the point we need to secure 11th place. A million quid isn't small change. Assuming, though, that Villa don't beat Man City:

Hennessey

Ward
Mariappa (Like to see him at centre half)
Gabbidon
Moxey

Bannan
Guediora
O'Keefe
Ince

Gayle
Murray

Sydenham by birth. Selhurst by the Grace of God.

This with bells on!

Although, as last night's game demonstrated, if we do go for goals we need to defend too.

And I see signs of half remembered days, I hear bells that chime in strange familiar ways

We owe em one for the 4-1 they were playing keep ball in the second half and their fans were giving it the ole's. Plus their p*** star lookalike owner was grinning like a Cheshire cat. I know it was a turning point in the season because Ollie left but 47 points would be an incredible final total

Yeah my strange experience has been alot of people I know have a strange fondness for Fulham that I don't get and so they didn't want them to go down but I despise them mostly because of the earlier result this season as that 4-1 was, imho, our most humiliating of this season and so I'd like us to repay them for it !

I do understand that that result helped us become the team we are under TP today but it still stung too much !

Not sorry they're gone and would like us to cherry pick any decent players they may have too if possible, not that there's many ! Rodallega, maybe !

I wouldnt mind seeing diamond formation:

Speroni

Mariappa Dann Delaney Ward

Jedi

Ince Bolassie

Chamakh

Gayle Murray

Still keeps the back solid but gives more attacking options.

A rare opportunity to blood some youngsters and/or fringe players.

In TP we trust.

Didn't that go wrong when someone tried to do that before?

Can't imagine Moxey and Bannan playing, they both have no future under Pulis. I would rather a youngster play but I'm sure he'll go with pretty much the normal team.

The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years
