For me Gayley's goal last minute at Villa Park, the away end went mental. Best Christmas present I had!!!

Toppling Chelsea at Selhurst, that kick-started our current winning streak. It felt refreshing to hear that we were doing all the attacking and not giving Mourinho and company an inch. But Gayle's 90 minute screamer against Villa certainly made Boxing Day a whole lot better
"Look at that. Accident blackspot? These aren't accidents! They're throwing themselves into the road gladly! Throwing themselves into the road to escape all this hideousness!" |

Jerome's third goal against Everton. I looked out of my window just afterwards to check if this was the first sign of the coming Apocalypse, and lo and behold there was a three-headed goat in my driveway. Seriously, good to see the lad score. He has worked hard, and that is the goal that guarantees our safety.

Chelsea game is top for me. For second it's a tie between Gayley's goal at villa, and Bannan's goal at hull after going a man down.

Got to include the game against Hull at Selhurst. TP pulling off a complete surprise by switching to three centre backs under increasing Hull pressure, and then responding again by switching back to two. 6 points off Judas Bruce and Son and a tactical masterpiece to boot. I'd go for Gayle's goal at Villa. Was watching in a bar in Taipei. Made my night!

Keith Millen's win over Hull. He steered us through our darkest time, inspired confidence in the team and won a crucial 3 pts. Without his steady hand at the helm, then I doubt Pulis would have accepted the challenge.

Hard to pin it down to one moment, there has been much to savour this season. I also regard just following The Palace as something special in its own right.
Is this a five minute argument, or the full half hour? [Link] |
