Once I saw CJ horribly miscue from Bollasy's shot that hit the post I thought, here we go again. As far as this player's concerned, his finishing is woeful. But then he goes and scores the best goal of Palace's three. You could argue Everton were poor in defence of the two earlier goals, but, in the third case, Everton's defenders did the right thing and could have done no more. I only hope this opens the flood gates for this highly skilled player.

I have always rated Jerome to me it looked like a confidence thing but now he's got the goal I hope he goes from Strength to strength. he is regardless even if not scoring an influential player holds ther ball up really well and works well with the wingers. I have always rated Jerome to me it looked like a confidence thing but now he's got the goal I hope he goes from Strength to strength. he is regardless even if not scoring an influential player holds ther ball up really well and works well with the wingers.

I was standing in eyeline with him when he received the ball and I think that his attempt to control meant that the ball went further away from him than he intended but even then he was still able to convert although it was more away from him that he wanted.

I'm aware that top class players trap/play the ball exactly into the position they want.

Everyone was great last night, but some of his touches were sublime. We have a very talented player in our team.

For me it has to be Puncheon's because of the team work involved. The build up was great and Chamakh's sefless lay-off for Puncheon was a moment of pure class. And I see signs of half remembered days, I hear bells that chime in strange familiar ways
