We have a lot more to offer that we did at the beginning of this season. We are able to offer better pay deals and a realistic chance of progressing in the league and a better chance of winning a pot. WE could undoubtedly attract more players to come to us but I hope we will concentrate on keeping and developing what we have got. The main thing that we can offer players like Bolasie is 1st team football every week rather than getting lost in the Spurs reserves etc.

Yeah... Yannick was immense last night. Everton couldn't handle him and he was unlucky not to score, had a couple of great shots. He played really well against chelsea too. Yeah, he's really come on recently.

Always loved the guy but like Speroni was worried he would come unstuck in the Premiership. Really proud of both of these guys for stepping up and excelling beyond expectations. His skill and flair are something of a top end Premiership player, and you can see he's working on his shooting and crossing and becoming a complete winger at last.

I was critical of Bolasie earlier in the season... he had no end product and was careless in possession in the deep. Of late, he has really upped his game and is terrorising opposition defences - he made a right mug of Baines last night! Fair play to him, I hope he keeps improving.

He was an absolute beast last night, he made Baines look like paper and generally rampaged around. So unlucky not to score an absolute belter. He's been amazing for us since Freedman bought him for something like 300k - Man of the match for me.

he got a lot of plaudits on the Everton forums too, quite rightly.
