Building a successful club now

Now that it will take a a disaster of biblical proportions for us to go down we must look at the future and for me we must build the club around TP let him have the tools to make Palace an established Premier league club in a way Arsenal gave Wenger the tools to be an established champions league club. This club has needed stability and now we have a real chance to achieve this let's hope for some exciting times ahead

The difficult thing will be ensuring Tony Pulis stays. As you say we must ensure he feels he is being given the tools to do the job his way. I do not think he will feel inclined to spend absolute millions just a couple of key players that fit into his vision. We should also make sure some of the money we have made from staying up goes his way in the form of a new contract and possibly even increasing his bonus. Vital that we keep him.
