Tony Pulis has been a revelation since arriving at Palace.

He also has a team that has Palace connections right behind him - Keith Millen (boyhood Palace fan - and the instigator of our toughened defence whilst in transition post IH departure), Dave Kemp and Gerry Francis (saw them both play for us in the 70's) and both with Pulis at Stoke. Our academy team has been largely consistent these past few years (under Gary Issott, with the admin and physio teams also with the club for many years, so we have a great football base now, financially backed by 4 lifelong Palace fans as CPFC 2010 giving our club a foundation the likes of which we have never had before.

Also, our fans' support has transformed since the dark days before 3pm 1 June 2010 when we almost disappeared as a club and for that, we have a stronger identity on and off the pitch.

The journey since has been amazing and I hope it continues for many decades to come.
