There are always shouts of s*** ref when we lose so I wanted to buck the trend and say that the ref was s*** despite our win today.

However even against 12 men, we still beat Chelsea.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Had a perfect view of Cahill on Bolasie and he just clear as day bottled the big decision.
Obviously I'm not happy, but it's not just him. All the refs are bottling the big decisions and erring on the side of caution. Is the pressure and the intense scrutiny starting to get to them?

Well I hope something sinister is getting to them because their standards are going down each week. I reckon we should have had two penalties but I guess you do not do that to the league leaders.Diabolical in the extreme but who will do something about it ? Its being going on for ages and now its spoiling the game for us!.

Don't think it was a penalty now I've seen it since

It's the players fault they don't get these decisions, if they spent more time playing the game as it should be, and stop all this diving, faking injury, whinging and whining and trying to influence the ref, it would make it a lot easier for them to control a game of football, rather than them constantly trying to control 22 grown men who are constantly throwing their toys out of the pram.

It was definitely a penalty, Cahill never made contact with the ball.

Now, that is worrying. Even after watching a clear penalty from six different angles in slow motion, you don't think it was a penalty. Name isn't Foy by any chance is it?

Interesting that we've now had Mr mason four times at home - Fulham, W Ham, Stoke and Chelsea and won 3 of them - so perhaps he's a lucky ref for us?

If Mason is our good luck then we do not need any bad luck. I think he is a plonker and I hope he never presides again at Se;hurst.
