We need him back..and soon. The difference between relegation and survival ? Links the play up so well and we've missed him immensley.Anyone know when he's due back or is it a 'how long is a piece of string' scenario ?

I read this weekend, not too sure how reliable it was though.

Just reminded me how well we played 1st half in that game! Gutted missed pen and few chances.. could have been a big big scalp..

100% agree with the OP

Come now, remember the mantra I taught you "glass half full, glass half full". Keep repeating that 'til someone buys you a beer

My glass is defo of the half empty kind with Chelski visiting !! May as well give Chammers another week to recover..we need him fit against the Taffs,Toffees,Villa & Spam (not to mention Fulham..but I really don't even want to think about that game).

'scuse my ignorance, but, are we saying that we're a 1 man team coz Chamakh is out? I seem to remember at least a month ago & from the start of the season that without Muzza & his goals we were doomed?

Yes, we need a GOALSCORER, but to have to rely on 1 player is, in my mind, clutching at straws.

Keep the faith, this is what Palace is all about & after 50 years watching them, jeez I should know.

Not a one man team at all, but Chammers is the only truly classy player we have and IMO could be vital in the last few games against teams around us. Is it a coincidence that we've dried up scoring (not that were exactly prolific before !) since he's been out ?

I don't disagree with the last part of your post, tho I do disagree in part to the middle part of your 1st section, imo we have a few other classy players( personal preference etc) & yes IF fit will be vital in the final run in, BUT, could also be injured again & then where would that leave us?

I don't have an easy answer/solution, tho if I did, id BE a manager . I just feel that a few other players need to 'step up to the plate'

Just out of interest, which other classy players do you think we have ? Genuinly interested cos possibly Bannan is, but he can't get a game unfortunately.I just think we've a much better chance of creating pressure on the break (which is basically the way we'll be playing)with him (Chamakh)in the team.
