Circumstances dictate that I can usually only ever manage between 5-10 away games per season, but with what the nobs at the FA have done by giving us away games at Sunderland and Newcastle on consecutive weeks, it made think about the guys who travel up and down the country week in and week out following the Palace. I just wanted to say well done to everyone who attends away games, but especially the ones who went to Sunderland last week and are about to embark on another long haul to Newcastle at the weekend. Also on a personal note, a big thumbs up to a couple of Hastings lads that I know who go to most away games and have a good couple of hours journey to get to where the majority of you all start . We done everyone, see you at West Ham.

I'll take the respects offered although to be fair, Sunderland and Newcastle are only 90 minutes or so from my gaff.

Forever stained in my memory is his post on the Betting Thread, "this may seem a bit 'out there', but i fancy Palace to win 3-0, with Bolasie to score first. Odds are about 300/1". He put £20 on,....and had to buy a bigger car to take home all his cash
I disengage, I turn the page. |

Well done to the 1300 who made it to the SOL last week and the 2500 for tomorrow,I know what the travelling is like, I live in a Tyne & Wear so these games are very local but I travel down to every home games and 5 hours plus can be painful especially if we lose.
