Agree 100 per cent ..the bloke is awful ..brings nothing to this team and before people say about his defensive attributes we have 4 defenders Jedi and Ledley to do that ..Kg is not premier league class and today's miss magnified that

Also agree. He offers nothing & missing that chance to score possibly cost us the 3 points today.
I was disappointed to see he had made the team again. Not good enough & needs to be replaced by Ledley.

I'm not going to comment on his 'shot', no one troubled the keeper today. However it's the other areas of his performance that worry me, namely his pure composure on the ball.

Basically, what I'm seeing time and again from him is that he is only confident enough to play very short and easy passes. This lack of confidence (and ability) stops him from playing any quick balls, instead constantly getting put under pressure by holding onto the ball too long. Add to that his lack of pace to recover lost balls and I genuinely see him as a liability. Would much prefer to see Ledley and Guedioura either side of Jedi if we want to maintain this tight midfield.

His miss was poor, but again, not deliberate. Quite possibly his first chance this season, so he may be a little rusty. The negativity of our game plan is not exactly conducive to breeding confidence in front of goal. Hard earned ugly point. Any composure in this team disappears once Chamakh is out.
