Its gonna be a very tough game. Personally i am feeling very nervous. But i also see we desperately need points. Personally, if we get a single point, i will see it as a lost opportunity. If we get slaughtered...well then, thems is the breaks.
.
what are your thoughts ?

In a word, yes; would be very happy with that (but would prefer a win)

No I don't think a point is a good result.

May sound harsh, but this to me is a must win game. Our run in at home is a nightmare so away games become vital. Sunderland are not great at home, and therefore to get the points we will need, I think 3 is a must today...

Very nervous, and gutted about Chamakh as last week it really showed with him missing, he is the touch of quality that we need.

I hope we give Ince another chance to play behind Murray.

Team for today needs to go for 3 points and I would pick the following:

Speroni

Ward Delaney Dann Parr

Jedi Ledley

Bolasi Ince Bannan

Murray

Remember a draw is 2 points lost in Sunderland's eyes too - so long as we aren't giving 3 points away to our relegation rivals then we should treat it as a decent result.

Honestly we can't go in the game thinking one point is good we need to enter every single league game thinking it's a chance to win a trophy !!
We need these 3 points and getting only one would be a good performance if we were to play at 10 against 11 but otherwise NO 3 points or nothing !

Yes - an away point up there is a point gained for us and two lost for them

They will be targeting this for 3

Still, we need to actually take the game to them a little and not just camp out on our own 6 yard line to get that point

I would be. Mainly because we are currently above them and despite their games in hand they have a lot of tough games to come so taking 2 points off them is almost as good as the 1 we would get.

A point would be good because it would still keep them below us, but f*** it lets go for all three
