He seems to talk the talk but is he really as good as his reputation or is it all hype ?
I was impressed with his performance against WBA , but against UTD he was mediocre , & yesterday I think he was poor to say the least.

Three games. I knew it wouldn't take long.

Cardiff fans have been questioning Zaha since his debut.

Championship class doesn't immediately become PL class for young players.

I will wait until he has played another few games before making a decision on him......the jury is still out, probably unfair to judge him this early.

He was great for Blackpool, although the media loves to hype up a young english talent.

he does seem to be in a hurry to play for a big Premier league club, maybe he is realising that he will need to earn it by becoming a Palace legend first.

I was at the Swansea game and I thought he looked physically smaller than most of the players on the pitch, he's only a young guy and when he gets stronger and fills out he'll be a great player, certainly seems to have the talent.

Never played in the prem before so understandable if he takes a while to get used to a higher league, although if it's true he's after a big-money deal elsewhere he may not get what he wants if after a few games for us he hasn't cut the mustard.

It seems incredibly harsh to judge him as all hype after his first three Premier League games, one of which against Man United.

It's a big step up for him and I'm fairly confident that the reason he has caught so many people's eye is because they can see he has the potential to be a quality player at the top level. But it will take time for him to adapt and whether his six month loan spell here works out is another story.

No, for once I am with the Impatient Brigade. The reason you pay a hefty premium [£2m + wages for a 6 month loan, if we stay up] is to get a player good enough to hit the ground running from the word go. Had we wanted somebody who needs time to settle and adjust to the better football, we would have bought one of the younger Turks from the lower leagues or trawled the Arsenal Academy etc. for talent. Time is not a luxury we have on our side.
