Well very disapointed with the lack of information on MOTD relating to the appearance of Murray on Saturday. All i know is that he came on for the last 20mins or so. Can anyone tell me if he still has 'it' and how he fitted in with the team display.

Played 20 mins and didn't score. He has obviously lost it.

You joke but as I walked out of the lower Holmesdale on Saturday I herald a bloke say to his mate.
Murray looked completely lost out there today.......

OMG all that antisipation. What a let down... He had time to score a hat trick ffs.

Two if he'd been Freedman or Butterfield. Is that it, is it true that we've bought a striker who isn't as good up front as one of our old right backs.

Pulis OUT....

More seriously, I think he did alright, conisdering he'd not played at this level before, and hadn't played in anger since the first leg of the Brighton Play off.

After last season he absolutely deserves some premiership time, given his goals got us into the playoffs.

Even if it takes time to get back into full fitness.

I was delighted to see that he still bears more than a passing resemblance to Roy from the IT Crowd.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Like he had never been away, well timed late runs into the box and one everything in the air, he didn't look lost to me. He didn't look like scoring but he gave the wide players flick ons and he would run into the box expecting a cross. By this time of course we were running to the corner flag and killing time. He had what we were missing with those runs into the box.

Great to see him back, gave everyone a lift.

I thought he did pretty well considering everything. Won a couple of flick ons, closing down etc. Another 20/30 mins on Wednesday and he will be pushing for a start aganist Man U.

Brilliant to see him back, it was like he wasn't even gone. As I recall there was a nice little play between him and Ince, he knocked it out wide for ince and sprinted into the box screaming for a cross, however ince delayed the cross but then lost it, even though it was in the last few minutes still looks promising and hope he gets some minutes on Wednesday!

Christ, I was impressed with him in the short time he had on the pitch, He looked sharp and seeing him on the pitch was better than the result itself.
