I think we ve got some tough remaining fixtures and this season will go right to the wire. In my view we need another 13 pts to survive.

I fancy us to take a point off both Everton and Man U- on paper we shouldn't but I think we will. I think we ll beat villa/ south at home and Fulham or west ham away.

I m not sure where else we'll get pts from, Swansea away is a tough one and Cardiff away isn't easy either. What do people think?

I think it's really important -- without wanting to lurch into cliche mode -- that we take it ONE GAME AT A TIME. Looking at the next thirteen and spooking ourselves is going to do no one any good and just add unnecessary pressure. All that is really important is two things: 1. That we are in 17th place (or higher) and 2. Everton. If we take three points there we will have 29 points. Right now, this weeks goal is to get more points from our match than West Brom do from theirs, thereby increasing the gap between us and 18th. That is all I care about.

Its pretty much making sure we pick up as many as we can wherever we can - just keep playing to the game plan

Pulis is smart - he knows we will not get better of possession so adjusts the set up accordingly to who we are playing - plays to his teams limitations and so far its worked

Ideally we need Fulham, WBA and Cardiff to keep getting turned over - the points gap may not grow if we don't win but games will start to tick away.

Interesting that the three teams who got rid of managers and bought new blood in with NO PL experience are the ones who don't seem to be picking up

Remember were half way through the season so most teams have the same teams to play.

We need 4 wins to stay up I think.

Fulham
Cardiff
Sunderland
Villa

All must wins. Anything else we pick up is bonus points

4 wins from 13 sounds easy. Somehow I suspect it won't be. Could be a record high points tally needed to stay up due to how many teams are involved. Exciting. Bout time we took some points off the big boys though, that's what we all dream of after promotion.

Unfortunately we have the hardest remaining fixtures of the teams that might get relegated. We´re still 3rd favourites to go down according to the bookies. Norwich have a fairly hard schedule too, so it will probably be between them, Cardiff, Fulham and us.

8 winnable games in there, as long as Fulham, Cardiff, West Brom and Norwich keep peforming badly we have a decent chance

Unless 2 teams completely slip away I cant see it being higher than 40 points. I can see it being nearer to 35 personally. Everyone has tough upcoming hames, we all play eachother near to 6 times. If teams keep taking points off eachother that should suggest a lower points tally than usual. Especially if we all carry on struggling against the top teams to boot.

Liverpool or City may have nothing to play for when we play them depending on whether they can still win the League/need points to get in the Champions League.

Southampton and Villa are must wins, and we owe them for losing to Oldham in 93, hopefully we can beat Fulham, = 35 points and then 5 points from the remaining games should be enough

Plus we have a reasonably good record v Liverpool wiining against them twice in 2005 at home either side of them winning the Champions League, and Unted could also be beatable
