However, it's a positive sign that players like what they see, how they're welcomed, treated etc, and we can interest the more wanted players in our financial ballpark. The next step is surviving and getting them signed permanently.

Bet he stays if we don't go down. Guaranteed 30 plus games in The Prem next season if he is good enough with us as opposed to 10-15 probably with a 'big' club. That'll swing it. We will, of course, have to alter our pay structure too if he is the business.
