O.K. one or two out of position, but have you ever known a CPFC squad that could potentially put out three teams as strong as this? Assuming the team that started against Arsenal last Sunday is our first XI here are our next two line-ups of players on our books. Second XI: HENNESSEY
ALEXANDER
Does this give you all tremendous confidence in the CPFC squad? or do you think it needs urgent pruning? Personally I believe 100% we will stay up - comfortably.

I thought marange had his contract terminated. That second 11 looks strong though.

Campana, Ramage are on loan for the rest of the season and Dobbie and Marange have left for good..unless I'm missing something? Price is also over 21 and not in the 25 man squad

There's no way Ledley or Ince will be second XI and in the longer run neither will Dann. At the mo a 2nd XI would look more like: Hennesey Our first XI IMO is: Speroni Not quite enough for a third but we have the likes of: Wilbrahim Sadly no point including campana. He will be gone if he has half decent loan. Disappointed about option to buy. That second XI is a class side

Let's not get nit-picky on this people, I make it clear the players are only on our books, so not necessarily in the 25-man squad. The point is that however impressive the squad is do you think we can possibly carry this wage-bill? I think not. As for the rush of pre-season signings under IH to be honest they have been absolutely vital if you look at the players who have contributed. First-team regulars Chamakh, Jerome, Puncheon, Mariappa and for a spell Bannan have all been very important. Where would we be without them?

Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

We still have 34 "first team" players in the squad. You would expect at least 11 to go in the summer allowing a couple or three I would guess at Dobbie, Price, Moxey, McCarthy, Ince, Chamakh, Ramage, Jerome, Garven, Kebe, Wilbraham. A striker and left back and another centre back would come in. PS If we were to be relegated I would expect Ward and Jedinak, possibly Bolaise would get offers from Prem clubs.
