TP doesn't really inspire love - but he inspires loads of respect.

No one on this bulletin board seems to refer to him as Tony - yet Freedman was "Dougie" and Holloway was "Ollie".

I think it's better to have a manager who inspires awe rather than affection. I bet he doesn't have any dressing room favourites

He's started well, but he isn't one of us yet.

Lets hope we draw the weed in the cup and we can go down there and slaughter them. Something like that will show his passion.

We could ge them to blast out a bit of Barry White over the tannoy, perhaps at the Hull game?

I bet 'Tony' would love that.

Hoof hoof... It's the sound of da Pulis

Would sound great from the terraces. (Not meant as a slight on the style of the football but more in a we don't care what others think)

Think he has a long way to go before he's "loved" result will define his standing in the club!

He's a strange one. I come ffropm the didn't want him brigade but no one can say he hasn't done a very good job so far. (yes started by Keith Millen)

As merganser said he seems to inspire respect not affection which is strange because he is extremely animated on the sidelines.

If he does keep us up he will be a legend, then six games into next season if we are in the bottom three he will be s***, clueless, tactical dinosaur etc etc etc.

the dignified don't even enter in the game

If he does become one of us we could call him 'Tony Palace' yes I do have a very creative side to me, lol

DJ John Peel once said: "Supporting Palace has a certain cult value, like pretending that some Peruvian rock band is the best in the world."
