Signed a contract till 2015 and has joined Notts County on loan. Good luck to the lad, looks like the development team and Pulis may see some potential their.

strange decision. Thought he'd be let go. Will he ever break into our 1st team? doubt it.

Depends how he does. Has done well in the U21s and conference level. If he smashes league one with Notts County,he will probs be loaned to a championship team for next season (if its not us), and take it from there.

Big if, but perhaps has some potnential at 23.

Really hope he does well at County, has proven a goal scorer at every level hes played at since joining palace, and if we do go down could be a real good prospect in the championship, and save us having to buy another forward, so in my opinion smart piece of business giving him an extra year

Did not expect a new contract. Seems like an investment in the hope we'd get £50k or something down the line

Edit: Good luck to him though!

Hasn't he scored something stupid like 50 in 50?

Worth a gamble, whatever level he's got them at. Won't be expensive.
