That is absolute rubbish. Arsenal do not produce players at all. The nick them from other clubs (usually in Europe) at a young age for pennies when they have already been identified as a future top talent and work with that talent to bring them on. There is a world of difference between that and producing your own players from scratch. Fabregas is a prime example of Arsenal's 'production'. They nabbed him from Barcelona for a set academy fee with a promise of first team football and a new car for his mum.
Jack Wilshire is the only youngster Arsenal have produced who has actually held down a place in their team for many years.

What are the 8 players they are referring to? I've got:
Zaha, Clyne, Moses and Routledge at other clubs

Williams still with us. Is it including O'Keefe, Campana. Can't think of the last one, Boateng maybe?

Wigan aren't currently in one of the 5 leagues they're using. I reckon he has the 4 at other clubs correct.

Our 4 must be Williams and 3 others. Bolasie perhaps?

Optimistic as ever

This, Arsenal get very false credit for their academy.

Aaron Ramsey is another prime example, they knew he was going to be a great player but just a matter of when so they nabbed him off of Cardiff.
