Darlings, forgive me – been away in Rome doing the final few touch-ups before the new Pope was appointed. Anyway, fun over, and let me point out straight away that I’m not here to gloat. Losing to a rival is the pits and I’m sure we both feel the same after the weekend. The reason I’m back is for a bit of clarification after reading (albeit like a 5 year old) what Ollie said after the game about rivalry......... "I don't care about rivalry, we have got a rivalry with every single team in this division to try and get up, so talking about local rivalry is waste of breath and nonsense," he said. "I'm from Bristol and nobody cared about the rivalry down there when I moved up to London but it just isn't about that, it's about who can finish the season in those two top places and who can muster a gallop to win the play-offs". I deduce from this speech that : He doesn’t care about rivalry Everyone is your rival Local rivalry is nonsense Nobody in London cares about rivalry in Bristol People are always accusing me of talking nonce sense, so I don’t know what to think. Let’s sort it all out over a horse pie and an innocent soft drink next season, and we can all decide if Bentford are any of our rivals before we play them. Can i ask your thoughts as to why your fellow fans have also turned into seat breaking, s***e smearing ( at millwall )car vandalising little wanabees. Do you know if the s***e was conveyed to the new den or was it freshly squeezed out in situ ?

Good to see you valleydeviant. Did you get to touch up the pope or was it the other way round? Surely at 13 you are a little old for his sort? Anyway we're all a bit confused and disoriented after losing so badly to our actual rivals, and Ollie's words have caused somewhat of a stir on here, as I'm sure you've noticed. No-one's sure if it's clever mind games or bumpkin balderdash, the jury's out on that just now. Never mind though, at least we can savour bragging rights over our chums from the caravan park for another year, doing the double over you and bagging a handy 6 points goes a little way to ease the pain of Sunday's debacle. With only 5 points between you and the bottom 3 I imagine you're not feeling terribly safe just now. Hopefully the bars on your window in the secure facility will help the rest of your sentence go just swimmingly. Come back and see us soon! "You can feel the stadium jumping.
