I'm a Wdensday fan, I'm not here to be a keyboard warrior or anything like that.

I'm just wondering why there's a section of your fans that seem to think we don't like you, admittedly there are a few fans that I know of that seem to dislike you for obvious reasons, but personally I don't have a problem with Palace in the slightest. I actually have quite a large soft spot for you. A girl I know is going out with one of the HF lads and I've met him a couple of times and talk to him quite regularly and he really is a top lad.

I came down to Selhurst earlier on this season (It's a right tw@ to get to!) and thoroughly enjoyed the day, was a bit gutted about the result but you did deserve to win.

I was at the match on Saturday as well and I thought it was a very even game and there was never going to be more than one goal in it.

I was drinking in The Railway pub with a few Palace fans before the match and your lot were all very friendly and had a good bit of banter as well.

Finally, I wish you the best of luck in your quest for promotion. It would be nice to see you go up but I hope you don't go up because I want another away day at Selhurst :-D

Couple of questions for youse;
Did you come up?
Rate the ground /10?
Atmosphere from both teams /10?
Your watering hole of choice?
Will we stay up?
Will you go up?

Personally always like Wednesday as opposed to those knobs across the city.

I guess things are still raw from Survival Sunday and the pitch invasion. Aside from that incident all the Palace fans I know like your fans as you always have a good turn out and are pretty loud.

Didn't go this weekend, but I like Hillsborough 8/10, a proper football ground. We may go up via play offs if we sort out our away form, you will stay up

the dignified don't even enter in the game

I always find myself smiling a bit when I see that you have won (Unless you're playing us )

I'd like to see you go up because it'll wipe the bulk if not all of your debt out, I believe.

But, on the other hand Palace is a quality away day. Not taking results into account, it's been my best away day this season. Well, Palace or Brighton, cause we got steaming in Brighton all Friday afternoon. Having said that the AmEx is one of these bloody lifeless soulless bowls sp Palace probably edges it. Palace was cheaper too

Thanks for the comments, Selhurst has 3 train stations all within 10 mins walking distance, its probably the fact everyone coming from the North has to trek over to Victoria or London Bridge to get a connection train?
I was there on Sat, we badly missed Wilf Zaha but I guess we have to get used to that now a draw would have been the fair result but Weds played well and stopped us playing our game, you wont go down playing the way you did, but who knows the form book means nout, will we go up? again who knows? being a Palace fan has been a roller coaster since I started going over 40 years ago so never confident!!

Anyway always liked Hillsborough older grouns have history and are better in ny opinion, nice 2 slices of Bacon and hamburger cheese burger for £3
But stadium 3'5 miles away from station!! and you say ours is hard to get too! lol

We've got trams that chuck you off at the away end mind

I think you'll get to Wembley and lose to either Hull or Watford with Cardiff topping the table, Hull and/or Watford will go up IMO

We have no debt. As of June when the Zaha £10mil initial payment happens, I think we're break even. We made £5mil on the sales of Clyne, Ambrose and Scannell, and the Victor Moses sell-on clause. Zaha and all that lot cover 3 years of losses from June 2010-2013.

We have problems with not going up in Jedinak being out of contract. Also, Garvan and Moritz are out of contract and Murray & Bolasie will attract interest. Jonny Williams is the next valuable player we'd like to keep for a couple of seasons to help our promotion pushes.

The club is in good hands, but in a run down stadium. That is our problem.

I thought you had more than that, must be getting my wires crossed.

I personally think Bolasie is better than Zaha from what I've seen anyway.

I don't think your ground is too bad, just needs a lick of paint and a bit of a tidy up round the outside. It would look better if all the stands were 2 tiers like the Holmesdale but that can wait. Bit like Hillsborough really, we need to get rind of the posts and fill the corners in, paint it and chuck a big telly in the corner and Rob's your father's brother.

It's probably a few £mil but not a lot more than that come June. The problem we have, as plenty of other clubs have until FFP comes in and is properly applied and not dabbled in, is losing £5mil per season.

That and an outdated ground in an industry where only Prem football pays for it, otherwise it's a benefactor sport, personal ruin for the owners, or ruin for the club.

You are certainly right that it needs a tidy up around the outside.I was walking past the alleyway at the back of the club shop, Bristol game.Well I know it don`t make any difference to what happens on the pitch. But that alleyway is one shyte hole,Palace should be ashamed.

You may not know the answer, but why does that Sainburys close for a couple hours on matchdays?

Not really sure mate but most likely to do with shoppers and fans congestion.Or in case some fans get out of hand and wreck the place.
