Bridcutt "wouldn't look out of place at Real Madrid". So, with such unbelievable ability in the squad, and Buckley being the greatest young talent the world has ever seen, and their presence in such an "average league", surely they should be walking the division?

Every manager is expected to big up their team to a certain extent, but surely he must understand just how utterly ludicrous the crap he keeps spouting is?

I'm sure Real would be more than slightly concerned by his performance against Liverpool last year, for a start!

“As a holding midfielder, there is no better player in the division”

This is blasphemy against Jedinak.

After reaing that article it seems Poyet is looking to sell some of his 'talent', that allied with his musings on Buckley a while back. Are times hard for their gambling backer and is he looking to recoup some of his investment?

Possibly, although I'd guess It's more likely bloom's finally told him he's not prepared to sink any more millions into overpriced elderly Europeans who'll spend their entire contracts out injured!

Exactly , that was Newcastle's 3rd team never mind second.Jediank shone against a near enough full strength Stoke. Even then the players who came in for stoke like Whitehead and Sorenson were first team players not long ago.
