I received a present of the "Palace Til I Die" the book was published back in 2006.
It's made up of contributions by Palace fans with features of their stories.One story stood out as it was about a guy who,when a child,was inside Selhurst Park the day before we played Real Madrid in a friendly.He was stunned when he was on the receiving end of an Alfie Noakes pile driver which knocked the wind out of him.
I recall being on the pitch that day with a mate of mine,who is now in football management,but can't remember that incident,as us youngsters were so thrilled to be on the pitch with the likes of Puskas,Di Stefano & Co.
However,I wondered if any Holers were involved in this publication,just as a matter of interest,I already know of one.

Added to that, I've got the book on our history published in the late 80's/early 90's. You had the option to pay money to be put in the back of the book as a subscriber. I'm not in 'Palace til I die' but I'm in the other one. Number 5 hundred and summat I think.

I have some others in a trunk,which I havent read for a while,so I think I'll dig them out now to see what I can find.
The others I have at hand for easy reference.
