David Hopkins goal vs Sheff utd play off final 1997! I will never forget that as a 13 year old lad esp after suffering the heartache being at Wembley the year before too.

Why do we all love PALACE?.....

Because we are so un-predictable and we all love the ups and downs

Ambrose's free kick against Villa in the cup or McAnuff's winner away at Brighton. the game which Freedman scored his 100th goal for Palace

I'll never forget the day that Danny Butterfield scored that hattrick.
And when Ambrose scored that worldy at Old Trafford.

The final whistle at Hillsbrough. Followed the Palace everywhere last season, and have never been prouder of my club. At the time, we weren't sure whether that would be our last game of watching our team but what a send off it would have been. A great game, a great day out and spent it with mates on one side, and my old man on the other. Just a fantastic day where everyone was united.

Hmmm - I have to go with Doug's goal at Stockport for the sheer drama of the moment. Still brings a tear to my eye when I watch it even now.

Hopkins play off final goal for me. It hafd everything - the quality, the timing and the prize at stake was immense - together with the contrast with the year before.

In 1990 when George Courtney blew his whistle and we had somehow made it to the FA Cup Final.
