Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Probably ginger hair and a pint of Guinness. There have actually been loads of killings recently but we know that diversity is our strength so we're just getting really bloody strong these days - unless we get killed, which would obviously be our own fault for having an Empire once or something.
